Forma e Lugar
2006
In landscape, perceived as being the material result of all-natural and social processes that occur in a specific place, forms are like a synthesis of all the functional elements of those processes.
Landscape functions as a tool, as a medium, to exercise or practice painting. But the topic “Landscape,” the natural landscape, is much more than that, it’s a source of inspiration. It encompasses all the magic that is underlying something unknown to us, integrates the need to search and explore a path not knowing where it will lead, always expecting to find an intact place, that man hasn’t yet reached, a primordial place where everything begins.
