Morto

2004


The video Morto, made from a series of photographs, has a duration of 4:30m and is composed of 5 sequences. Each sequence results from the accumulation of more than 10 photographs at the same time, creating the effect of overlap, recreating a new image seen from several different angles. When watching the video we are faced with a plowed field, a presence and absence of a body in a state in which it is not possible to identify because it is decomposing. Death had already happened. We are also faced with the rebirth of nature, wild straw, grass.
