Pedro Vaz proposes for the exhibition InSitu, an artistic project that will connect two places selected for the site-specific interventions in Portugal - Braga and Lisbon. In Braga Vaz will conceive several sculptural points or positions for the observation and experience of the landscape, where through an artistic map the visitors will be able to walk on a selected path and discover and find for themselves the places and the views, chosen by Vaz.
In Lisbon, the views of the Tibães monastery garden will be drawn by Vaz on large sheets of cotton paper from living organic matter such as clay, moss and lichenoids. The works will be then suspended and inserted into the interior landscape and exposed to the humidity, temperature and artificial rain of the Greenhouse Cold eco-system.
